**RETURN & SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY**

We offer **size exchanges only** for items purchased from our online store.

You may request a size exchange within **14 days** from the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

* be unused and in perfect condition
* have all original tags attached
* be returned in its original packaging

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the requested size, subject to availability.

**UNAVAILABLE SIZE**

If the requested size is not available, you will receive a **store credit (discount code)** equal to the value of the returned item.

The store credit:

* will be sent via email
* is valid for **12 months**
* can be used on our online store
* is not redeemable for cash

**RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)**

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within **14 days** of receiving the product.

In such cases, once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will offer:

* a **size exchange**, or
* a **store credit (discount code)** equal to the value of the returned item

No monetary refunds are provided.
